For so many of us, coffee is a KEY source of daily energy. There are a lot of health benefits of drinking coffee (especially keto coffee!) so that’s all well and good.
But we also know that coffee has its downsides. It makes some of us way too jittery and leads to a crash later on.

Keto Avocado Smoothie Recipe
Start with the following ingredients:
- Ice (or frozen fruit if you are not following a strict keto diet)
- Protein powder
- Unsweetend coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado
- Your choice of supplements
- Cacao nibs
- Chocolate peanut butter powder
- Sea salt
- Chia seeds
- Flax seeds
They recommend using a Vitamix blender for your smoothie.
