Where Most People Go Wrong

Huge numbers of people try keto, give it their best, maybe lose a couple pounds… and then somewhere along the way they stop.

The way to do that is to build your diet around your own tastes and goals.
Make a list of all the major keto friendly foods you can think of. Different meats, cheeses, nuts, vegetables, avocados, etc. Then take note of the ones you actually enjoy eating on a regular basis, and build from there.
Of course, there is a much easier way to do it. And it’s also much more precise.
